Shipping Policy
General Shipping Terms
Fathom and Fury Cigars ships orders to addresses within the United States only (unless otherwise stated on specific product pages). To protect our customers and prevent fraud, we only ship to the billing address associated with the payment method used at checkout. If the shipping address does not match the billing address, your order may be delayed or cancelled. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses for orders containing tobacco products, due to carrier and age‑verification requirements. By placing an order, you confirm that you are of legal smoking age (21+ in the United States) and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.
Order Processing Timeframes
Standard, In‑Stock Products
All in‑stock cigars and accessories (that are not custom, print‑to‑order, or laser‑engraved) are processed and shipped within two business days from the time your order is placed. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
Print‑to‑Order Items
Certain products are produced print to order (for example, branded apparel, posters, and other custom‑printed merchandise). Print‑to‑order items typically ship within 8 to 12 days from the time of order. Because these items are made specifically for you, production times may vary slightly during peak seasons or due to supplier constraints.
Laser‑Engraved Items
Products that require laser engraving, such as select lighters, ashtrays, and other custom accessories, ship within 5 to 10 days from the time of order. Laser‑engraved items are customized and may require additional time for design setup, engraving, and quality inspection before shipping.
Combined Orders and Split Shipments
If your order contains a mix of standard, print‑to‑order, and laser‑engraved items, parts of your order may ship separately, depending on production and fulfillment locations. You will receive separate tracking emails if your order ships in multiple packages. Shipping charges shown at checkout typically cover all packages associated with your order; we do not charge additional shipping for split shipments unless explicitly noted.
Shipping Confirmation and Tracking
Once any portion of your order ships, we will send a shipping confirmation email to the email address you used during checkout. This email will include the tracking number and a link to track the shipment through the carrier’s website. Please allow up to 24 hours after receiving your tracking number for the carrier’s system to update and display movement.
Age Verification and Delivery Requirements
Cigars and related tobacco products are age‑restricted items. By ordering from Fathom and Fury Cigars, you certify that you are at least 21 years old. Our carriers may require an adult signature (21+) and valid government‑issued photo ID at the time of delivery. If no eligible adult is available to sign, the carrier may attempt redelivery or hold the package at a local facility. Repeated failed delivery attempts may result in the package being returned to us.
Shipping Carriers and Transit Times
We use reputable carriers (such as USPS, UPS, or other parcel services) selected at our discretion based on destination, order size, and service availability. Estimated transit times shown at checkout (for example, standard or expedited services) refer only to time in transit and do not include our processing/production times described above. Weather, carrier delays, holidays, and other circumstances outside our control may extend delivery time. These delays do not entitle the customer to a refund of shipping charges.
Shipping Address Accuracy
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the billing address (which we also use as the shipping address) is entered accurately and completely, including apartment or unit numbers. We are not responsible for packages that are delayed, misdelivered, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or repeated failed delivery attempts, we may refund the product cost (excluding shipping) or offer reshipment at the customer’s expense, at our sole discretion.
Lost, Damaged, or Missing Packages
Once an order has been handed off to the carrier, title and risk of loss pass to the customer. Fathom and Fury Cigars is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, misdelivered, or damaged in transit. Orders with a merchandise subtotal over 150 USD will be shipped with insurance coverage included. For insured orders that are lost, stolen, or arrive damaged, we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier or insurance provider as needed. We will only reship or replace an order once the insurance claim has been approved and paid out for the lost, stolen, or damaged package. If your tracking information shows that a package has been delivered but you have not received it, or if it arrives damaged, you must contact us promptly and provide your order number, photos of any damage (if applicable), and the carrier’s tracking information so we can help initiate a claim.
International Shipping
At this time, we do not offer international shipping unless expressly stated otherwise on specific products or promotions. Any future international orders will be subject to the destination country’s customs laws, duties, and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.
Policy Updates
Fathom and Fury Cigars reserves the right to update or modify this Shipping Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will apply to orders placed after the policy is updated and posted on our website.
