Reps & Distributors

We don’t run with just anyone. If you’re part of the Fathom & Fury crew — repping or distributing — you carry more than cigars. You carry the brand, the story, and the standard.

Here’s how we roll:

1. Own Your Accounts

If you sign a lounge or shop, they’re your responsibility. You make sure they follow the rules — no discounting below MSRP, no cutting corners, and no backdoor deals.
You don’t just sell cigars. You protect the name on the band.

2. Swag Is on You

Reps are responsible for taking care of their shops — that includes supplying them with Fathom & Fury swag (shirts, lighters, ashtrays, merch, etc.).
We’ll do what we can to keep you stocked with swag, but it’s on you to manage and distribute it. Treat it like a tool, not a giveaway.

Distributors — take note: we do not supply swag to distributors. That’s part of keeping control, integrity, and consistency in the hands of people who know the brand.

3. Commission & Pay

Both Reps and Distributors earn a 10% commission on all sales tied to their signed shops and accounts.
You do the work, you get paid — straight and simple.

4. Shipping & Fulfillment

If you’re a Rep, Fathom & Fury will handle shipping cigars directly to your shops after you submit the order. You bring in the sale; we handle the logistics. Easy.

If you’re a Distributor, you’re playing a different game. You buy at wholesale and handle all warehousing and shipping yourself. Own your inventory, own your network.

5. No Babysitting

This brand isn’t built on supervision — it’s built on trust, results, and reputation. If a shop under your watch starts breaking policy, it’s your job to fix it — fast. If problems stay problems, we’ll cut ties.

6. The Code

Fathom & Fury isn’t about volume; it’s about value.
Represent the brand the way it’s meant to be represented — bold, intentional, and honest. There’s no middle ground here.
