These are the ground rules for carrying Fathom & Fury cigars:

1. Getting Started

Your first order ships once payment clears and we’ve got a copy of your tobacco license on file. It’s that simple. No license, no shipment.

2. Minimum Opening Order

We start every new account strong — your first order must include at least two bundles of each blend. With that, you’ll score our custom display tray to showcase the lineup.

Display trays are for your lounge only — not for retail sale or giveaways. Lose it or gift it? Replacement trays are $100 USD, added right to your next invoice.

3. Pricing Integrity

Every cigar has a locked‑in MSRP, and you agree to honor that.
Sell below MSRP? That’s a no‑go — it hurts every dealer and the brand.

Want to run a sale? You can discount up to 10% without asking. Anything beyond that needs our written sign‑off first.

4. Swag for the True Believers

Once you’ve ordered 10 bundles total, you unlock the good stuff: up to $200 USD in Fathom & Fury swag — lighters, cutters, ashtrays, hats, shirts, hoodies. Just ask when you place the order.

5. TPA Members

TPA dealers don’t get a standing discount — instead, when you order 4 bundles or more, we’ll cover your shipping and insure the order for free. That’s our way of keeping things fair, tight, and professional.

6. Who We Partner With

We proudly support Veteran-, Law Enforcement-, Firefighter-, and Medic‑owned lounges — shops that stand for something.

If you’re not in that crew but are a TPA member and at least 30% of your humidor is boutique, we’ll work with you too. We’re all about small‑batch passion and people who treat cigars like craft, not commodity.

7. Protected Territory

We value every partnership we build, and we protect those relationships fiercely. To keep things fair and exclusive, we only partner with one lounge per area — giving you a 25‑mile protected radius around your business.
That means no other shop in your area will carry Fathom & Fury cigars without your blessing. It protects you, it protects us, and it keeps the brand rare where it matters most.

8. Orders, Payment & Shipping

Everything ships after payment clears, unless we’ve got a special arrangement in writing. Tracking info always provided. We ship insured because your sticks deserve to land right.

9. Returns & Damage

We don’t do returns — cigars are living, breathing products. But if something shows up damaged or wrong, hit us up within 72 hours with pics and details. We’ll make it right.

10. The Bottom Line

Staying part of the Fathom & Fury family means staying true to the brand.
We reserve the right to update these terms or cut ties with anyone who breaks the code.
