What kind of lounges does Fathom & Fury work with?
We partner with Veteran, Law Enforcement, Firefighter, and Medic–owned lounges that treat cigars like craft, not commodity. We’ll also work with TPA-member shops that aren’t service-owned, as long as at least 30% of their humidor is boutique.
Do you offer territory protection?
Yes. We value loyalty and don’t flood markets. When you become a Fathom & Fury dealer, you get a 25-mile protected radius around your business where we will not place another lounge without your blessing.
What’s the minimum order to become a dealer?
Your first order must be at least two bundles of each active blend. With that opening order, you get a complimentary display tray to showcase the line.
Are display trays for sale?
No. Display trays are for your lounge only, not for retail sale or giveaways. If it’s lost, damaged, or handed off to a customer, a $100 USD replacement charge will be added to your invoice.
What is your MSRP and discount policy?
All Fathom & Fury cigars have a locked-in MSRP, and by carrying the brand you agree not to sell below MSRP. You can run promos up to 10% off without asking us; anything deeper than that requires written approval from Fathom & Fury.
How does the swag program work for lounges?
Once you’ve ordered 10 bundles, you can request up to $200 USD in Fathom & Fury swag (lighters, ashtrays, cutters, hats, shirts, hoodies). Just mention it when you place the qualifying order so we can pack it in.
Do TPA members get special pricing?
TPA members do not get an automatic 10% discount. Instead, when a TPA lounge orders at least 4 bundles per order, we cover shipping and insure the shipment at no extra cost.
What’s your shipping and payment policy?
Orders ship after payment clears, unless we have a separate written agreement. We ship via insured carriers and provide tracking on every order so you know where your cigars are at all times.
What is your return and refund policy?
Because premium cigars are a natural, sensitive product, we do not accept returns on shipped product. If a shipment arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 72 hours with photos and details and we’ll work with you to make it right.
What is the legal age to buy Fathom & Fury cigars?
In the United States, federal law requires you to be 21 or older to purchase any tobacco product, including cigars. We do not sell to or market to anyone under 21, and we expect every lounge and shop to strictly enforce this.
Why does Fathom & Fury use exotic tobaccos?
We work with factories and blenders who are known for unique, sometimes wild combinations of tobaccos from around the world to create bold, boutique profiles you won’t find in mainstream sticks. Exotic leaf lets us build complex flavor, story, and strength into each blend rather than chasing “safe” formulas.
Who is BAMF Cigars and how are you connected?
B.A.M.F. Cigars is a veteran-owned cigar company led by Ismael “Ish” Rodríguez Oliván, a former soldier and military/law enforcement instructor whose mission is to “bring the most badass cigars to the most badass people.” Their cigars are produced with Rodriguez Olivan Cigars Factory in the Dominican Republic and often feature rare, global tobaccos. Fathom & Fury collaborates within that same ecosystem of boutique, veteran-driven craftsmanship.
Are all of your owners veterans?
Yes. Fathom & Fury is veteran-owned, and that perspective shows up in how we build partnerships, guard our brand, and support lounges that are also rooted in service communities.
What’s the policy for reps and distributors?
If you’re a rep, any lounge you sign is your responsibility: you make sure they honor MSRP, respect discount rules, and represent the brand correctly. We’ll ship cigars directly to your shops once you submit their orders. Reps are also responsible for supplying swag to their accounts; we’ll support reps with swag when we can, but they manage it.
If you’re a distributor, you buy at wholesale, warehouse your own inventory, and ship to your shops yourself. We do not supply swag to distributors. Reps and distributors each earn 10% commission on sales tied to their accounts.
What happens if a lounge or partner breaks the rules?
We’re straightforward about this: our policies protect every honest partner in the network. If a lounge, rep, or distributor repeatedly breaks MSRP, territory, or brand standards, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate the relationship and pull the brand from that location or channel. Boutique, honest, no shortcuts — that’s the line we hold.
